Description
Wheatgrass is harvested young — before the stem joints — when chlorophyll and nutrient density are highest and the grass is naturally gluten-free at the leaf stage. The leaves are dried and milled into a fine powder with a mild, sweet flavour that blends easily.
It is a core ingredient in greens powders and detox-positioned drinks, and works well in shots, smoothies and capsules. Tell us if your market requires gluten testing and we will include the result with the COA.
