Halal-ready wellness supply for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC

Gulf buyers move fast and value relationship trust. We lead with halal certification, bulk-supply reliability and short sea routes from Gujarat's ports to Jebel Ali, Dammam and Jeddah — backed by registration dossiers your local partner can submit in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman or Bahrain.

Halal documentation and bilingual labels from the first sample

For Gulf buyers, samples ship with halal certificate copies, a manufacturer registration dossier outline and a bilingual label draft — so registration can start in parallel with evaluation.

How we lead in GCC countries

What buyers here need to see first.

  • Halal certification and halal-suitable formulations
  • Gulf logistics speed — Mundra and Nhava Sheva to Jebel Ali, Dammam and Jeddah in days, not weeks
  • Bulk-supply reliability and container-load planning for distribution across all six GCC states

Halal first

Halal certificates, halal-suitable capsule shells and gummy bases, and ingredient declarations prepared for Gulf importers and pharmacy chains.

Arabic-ready labelling

Bilingual Arabic–English label layouts in line with GSO labelling standards, prepared before artwork is finalised.

Speed and relationship

A named account contact, fast sampling and flexible container consolidation for distributors serving several GCC countries.

Regulatory orientation

GCC countries: the rules that shape your product.

Orientation for buyers, not legal advice — we flag the specifics for every product we quote.

UAE: supplements and herbal products

Supplements and herbal products generally need registration with the federal health authority before sale — historically MOHAP, with responsibilities being reorganised in recent years. Foods are cleared through emirate-level systems such as Dubai Municipality's. A UAE-licensed importer applies; we prepare the manufacturer dossier.

Saudi Arabia: SFDA

The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulates foods, health supplements and herbal products. Products are classified by composition and claims, then registered or notified through SFDA's electronic systems by a Saudi-licensed importer or agent, supported by the manufacturer documents we supply.

Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain

Each state runs its own product registration, while the GCC Standardization Organization (GSO) harmonises many food and labelling standards. GSO labelling requires Arabic, alone or bilingual, with shelf life, storage conditions and origin stated clearly. We plan registration country by country with your importer.

Halal conformity

Halal certification from a body recognised in the destination country is expected for most ingestible products. Recognition lists differ between GCC states, so we confirm certifier recognition with your importer before shipment.
