Questions

Verifying a supplier?

Our documentation is structured for supplier-approval questionnaires. Download the export checklist to see what we provide.

Can I see copies of your certificates?

Yes. Certificate copies, including scope, certifying body and validity dates, are shared with qualified enquiries alongside the product quotation.

Do products carry their own certificates?

The registrations on this page apply to the company. Product-specific certificates, such as organic or halal, depend on the product and manufacturing site and are confirmed on enquiry with your quotation.

Which laboratories test your products?

Batch testing is carried out by accredited laboratories, and the laboratory is named on each certificate of analysis. Independent third-party testing can be arranged on request.
